CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY:

Changing Your Reservation Before You Travel

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you can do so by calling us at +1 639-571-2166

or by signing into your profile. Just go to “Manage My Trips,” click on “Change Ticket,” and

enter your Ticket Number, Last Name, and Travel Date.

Passengers can modify their travel plans without any fees if done at least 48 hours before

departure. For changes made within 48 hours of departure, there’s a $20 change fee. If you miss

your scheduled trip, your fare is non-refundable, and you’ll need to purchase a new ticket.

Cancelling your Reservation

To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone at +1 639-571-2166.

You can cancel your Great North Express bookings and receive a full refund if you do so up to

48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the trip. If you decide to cancel a reservation

within 48 hours, the entire fare will be forfeited, and you will need to purchase a new fare.

over the phone.

Travelling with Kids

At Great North Express, we’re happy to have travellers of all ages on board!

● Little ones under 2 years old can ride for free if they sit on an adult’s lap.

● Kids aged 2-15 can get the Child’s rate when travelling with an adult.

● Teens aged 16-17 can travel solo at the Youth fare.

● University students can snag the Student fare by creating an account and adding their

      Student ID to their profile.

Zero Tolerance Intoxication Policy

Great North Express has a strict policy against intoxication. Passengers displaying signs of

intoxication may be asked to leave the shuttle. Open alcohol or drugs are not permitted on board.

Those found with any sign of intoxication will be required to immediately leave the shuttle,

without a refund, and will be prohibited from future travel with us.
