TRAVEL POLICIES
Purchasing Tickets:
Great North Express Inc. offers several convenient ways to pay for your tickets, whether in
person, over the phone or online. We accept debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and prepaid
credit cards. Please note that if you’re paying online with a debit card, it must be a VISA Debit
or MasterCard Debit.
We recommend all passengers pre-book their tickets to ensure availability. Tickets purchased in
person must be done at least 20 minutes before the shuttle departs. Please be advised that tickets
are non-transferable.
Before You Go: Check-In Guidelines
We suggest arriving at least 20 minutes before departure. Please note that shuttles won't wait for
late passengers, and you won’t be able to buy a ticket if you arrive less than 15 minutes before
departure. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time!
Travel Tip: Check out our destinations page to see the exact location of our stops and the amenities available at each
location.
