PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
I.D. Requirement: All passengers who are 16 or older must show a valid government-issued
ID. Currently, individuals who are 18 and older need to have a government-issued ID with a
photo. Alternatively, you may provide two valid non-photo IDs with matching names. Failure to
provide the correct ID will result in being unable to travel.
Check-In: Please complete the check-in process at least 20 minutes before your departure. A
physical ticket is not needed for check-in.
Baggage: Each passenger is permitted to bring one carry-on item, which must be able to fit
underneath the seat or in the legroom area. For further information, please review our additional
luggage policy.
Change and cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you can do
so by calling us at +1 639-571-2166 or by signing into your profile. Just go to “Manage My
Trips,” click on “Change Ticket,” and enter your Ticket Number, Last Name, and Travel Date.

No Shows: If you miss your departure or don’t arrive on time, you’ll lose your full fare. If you
don’t notify us before your scheduled departure, you won’t be able to rebook, and you’ll need to
buy a new ticket.
Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy: Our company enforces a Zero Tolerance policy for
drug and alcohol use to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. If a passenger displays any
signs of intoxication, they will be denied service and addressed as per our policy.
